The Lac de Marandan and our quiet wooded campsite share an unrivalled view of the Vercors and offer a wealth of activities including swimming, fishing and watersports. The Vercors Natural Park provides opportunities for yet more outdoor pursuits including canyoning, climbing and walking, and a little further afield Grenoble, Valence, Pont en Royans and Saint-Marcellin are all well worth a visit.

Famous the world over, the Vercors Nature Reserve is a limestone mountain range shaped by surface water (canyons, ravines...) and underground water. Magnificent waterfalls tumble down certain rocky cliffs. The rivers are particularly appreciated by fishers...

Nestling in 55 acres of wooded grounds, Le Lac du Marandan makes a great base for visiting the Vercors. If you fancy exploring the area by bike, the campsite can even provide a mountain guide who will be delighted to show you the Drôme in all its splendour.
