Welcome to Véronique & Benjamin Jullien
Get away from it all in the lovely Tarn countryside
Located 30 minutes from Albi, the site sits in the heart of the countryside in an old sweet chestnut plantation. Whether you come for a weekend break or the long summer holiday, this region offers a wealth of things to see and do: nature, culture, sports, the food and wines of the South West, Albi, Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel and Castelnau de Montmiral. Back at the campsite, you can enjoy the quiet and privacy of our shady pitches separated by real hedges – a haven of peace and the ideal place to recharge your batteries.

Cordes-sur-Ciel and the bastides of Albi – A map available from reception will guide you around the magnificent local fortified villages and bastides of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi and Bruniquel.
Explore the unique geological formations of Sidobre. Covering some 100km², the area is covered by huge granite boulders that litter the landscape as if thrown down by the hand of a giant.
The town of Albi – Take the time to wander round the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and admire its majestic cathedral and old town
Walk or cycle the Échappée Verte (Green Escape) trail. Starting in the heart of Albi, it offers three paths which follow the rivers Tarn and Caussels along the unspoilt and well maintained GR 36 footpath.
Drive the “Route des Vins de Gaillac” and learn about the history of local wine-making in one of Gaul’s oldest wine-growing regions. Follow the signs and stop off to meet the producers and taste wines at whichever châteaux take your fancy.
The wines produced in Gaillac, the oldest wine-growing region in France, are full of character. Véronique and Benjamin offer you the chance to sample them at their weekly tasting at the campsite or on a visit to the Cave de Labastide de Lévis. Find out all there is to know about these unsung wines on an innovative tour behind the scenes – an opportunity not to be missed! You’ll also find AOC Gaillac wines on sale at reception and in the snack bar.
Cap Découverte | Spend a peaceful holiday amid the mature chestnuts at Véronique and Benjamin’s unspoilt country campsite and ring the changes with a trip to the exciting Cap Découverte theme park. Popular with nature lovers, L’Entre Deux Lacs is just 45 minutes by car from the thrills and spills of Cap Découverte, which makes a great day out. You can also visit the campsite’s own mini-farm or just sit back and relax in this shady little corner of the Tarn. Ask at reception for more information and tickets to the park.
