We also have a heated pool with aquagym sessions, a paddling pool for the kids as well as providing various evening entertainments. Not forgetting all the charm of this unique, emotionally charged site.

A 24 km walk/cycle ride which leads you through the varied landscapes of Sainte-Marie-du- Mont including characteristic Normandy farmland criss-crossed with hedges tree-lined ditches, beaches and polders.
Take a barge cruise on the River Douve aboard the Barbey d’Aurevilly II. Explore the mysterious world of the Cotentin Marshes, on of the largest and most important areas of wetland in Europe. Visit the Pont de la Barquette, a bridge-cum-sluice-gate commissioned in 1735.
The D-Day landing sites - the beaches (100 m), the Airborne Museum at Sainte-Mère-l’Église (8 km) and the Utah Beach Museum (500 m).
This 24 km walking/cycling trail lasting no more than a few hours takes you on a tour through all the varied landscapes of Sainte Marie du Mont including its characteristic Normandy farmland criss-crossed with hedges and trees, vast, flat expanses of treeless plain, seaside and polders. This lovely walk also takes in the chateaux of Sainte Marie du Mont and Reuville, the Beaugillot bird reserve, the Utah Beach Museum and the polders.
Following this 80 km touring route you can visit the locations marked by the events leading up to the liberation of Normandy, France and Europe in June 1944 (including Sainte-Mère-Eglise, la Fière, Utah Beach Museum, Crisbecq and Azeville batteries) at your own pace.

Experience the spills and thrills of racing along the stunning beaches of the D-Day landings, powered by nothing but a lively sea breeze, with the Utah Avel Mor Sand Yachting Club. Later, Lydie and Séverine will be delighted to see you for an evening’s entertainment or in the heated poor for a moment of well-earned rest and relaxation.
