Set in stunning grounds dotted with 100-year old trees amid wide open spaces and 850m above sea level, the campsite lies on the banks of the River Dordogne towards the Mont Dore. Walk one of the numerous trails which start from the charming Belle Époque town of La Bourboule and explore the rolling hills of Sancy and the Auverge Volcanoes Regional Park. Back at the site, relax in the heated covered pool or try one of the various family activities on offer.

Lac Pavin, a crater lake carved out of northern flank of the Puy de Montchal. Half-way between Besse and Super Besse and 1197m above sea level, it is one of the most beautiful lakes in the Auvergne.
