The babbling waters of a river teeming with life: what better place for an afternoon’s fishing? Set close to a river ideal for an afternoon’s quiet fishing, La Riviera is the ideal holiday destination. Come and sample the joys of the Ardèche with its unspoilt countryside and local colour such as the nearby town of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. Finally, the anglers among you will relish the chance to pit your skills against the opposition in a fishing competition organised by Isabelle and Nicolas, the sites managers, to mark France’s annual Fête de la Pêche fishing week.
Set in the beautiful countryside of southern Ardèche, La Riviera promises a lively and refreshing holiday on the banks of a lake. You can rent a canoe and enjoy the peace and quiet as you paddle gently along the river or head out to the local town of Aubenas to explore the region and its culture
